Baked Sausage with Sauerkraut

Otto's baked sausage dish
Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4
    Otto’s Smoked Pork Links or Other Otto’s Smoked Sausage
  • 1 lb.
    Otto’s Sauerkraut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut up the sausages into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Place sausages into a baking dish (8” x 8” works great).
  4. Cover with sauerkraut.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes uncovered.

Serve immediately.
