Thurigen Rost Bratwurst

This recipe of bratwurst is from the region where Otto was born and raised.  It is a finely ground sausage with marjoram, nutmeg, corriander, garlic, and caraway seeds. The sausage is extremely flavorful and delicious with saurkraut and mustard. Approximately 1 pound, 4 sausage links per pound, 4 links per package.
