The Cajun Andouille is the spiciest sausage that we make. These sausages make a great pairing with Jambalaya or red beans and rice. This sausage will make your mouth water. Also great on the grill with peppers and onions. Precooked. Approximately 1 pound. 4 sausage links per pound, 4 links per package.
